Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and disruptive business models through 2030
- Develop data-driven scenario planning frameworks for clients across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure sectors
- Produce high-impact strategic whitepapers and executive presentations translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Facilitate cross-industry think tanks with Fortune 500 CTOs and innovation officers to co-create 2026 roadmaps
- Build and maintain proprietary foresight tools using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Advect client product development teams on integrating next-gen capabilities into current roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for enterprise clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, advanced materials)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology journals
