Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Partner with C-suite executives to align product strategy with 2030 sustainability and innovation benchmarks
- Produce quarterly foresight reports analyzing geopolitical shifts and their impact on tech adoption
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including generative AI and neural interfaces
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurism forums and publish industry-defining white papers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 7+ years in strategic planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-proofing initiatives
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
