Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology/socioeconomic foresight framework using quantitative modeling and qualitative research
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Author quarterly trend briefings published in industry-leading journals
- Design and oversee innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight insights into executable business strategies for enterprise clients
- Present at 3+ major global innovation conferences annually
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of published trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or major media
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning techniques
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented strategies
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption
