- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational capabilities with future market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation culture and scenario planning
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on future-facing technologies
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts affecting long-term business strategy
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
