This role blends deep analytical rigor with creative foresight to shape our innovation roadmap.
As a pivotal member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to translate foresight into actionable strategy. You'll navigate complex intersections of AI, biotechnology, and sustainable systems while maintaining a human-centered approach to technological advancement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Trend Forecast reports with quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Design strategic scenarios for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future possibilities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Create ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment
- Present findings to executive leadership and investor boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of predicting industry disruptions
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
