Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients across healthcare, finance, and technology sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning research to quantify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Present future-focused insights to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-proofing principles into product development cycles
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on future-proof business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
