Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, sociocultural shifts, and global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for organizational strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align future-proof initiatives with current capabilities
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and domain experts
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Reports' with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
