Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic vision roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies and disruptive market shifts
- Design innovation frameworks for next-generation product/service development
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build and lead a dedicated futurist task force

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year strategic initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
