Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership on future of work or sustainable futures
- Advanced certification in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future-proofing strategies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
