Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Advise executive team on risk mitigation and opportunity identification
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or business strategy
- Experience with Delphi methods, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
