- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, energy, and digital transformation sectors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align 2026 innovation goals with market readiness

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or emerging technology consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech trends
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable strategies
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future strategy implementations
