Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term innovation pipelines and market disruption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing product roadmaps
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and horizon-scanning reports for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and partnerships for 2026+ competitive advantage
- Design scenario-planning models to prepare for geopolitical, environmental, and technological uncertainties
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related technical field
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends or technological disruption
