Responsibilities

- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry disruptors and thought leaders across emerging tech domains
- Author executive briefings and thought leadership content on future-oriented transformation
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through advanced analytical frameworks
- Champion innovation culture by prototyping future-state business models and customer experiences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive action plans
- Experience leading transformation initiatives in agile, matrixed organizations
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist research or strategic frameworks implemented at scale
