Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast disruptive trends across biotechnology, quantum systems, and AI governance through 2026-2030 horizons
- Develop scenario-planning models for C-suite executives in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizations on future-proof operational frameworks
- Author thought leadership reports published in FutureTech Journal and industry whitepapers
- Manage proprietary research database tracking 200+ emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Advolve clients on metaverse infrastructure, neuro-interfaces, and decentralized governance systems
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on horizon-scanning initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Strategic Foresight (MSc/PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, R&D, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Published author or keynote speaker at Davos, Web Summit, or similar future-focused forums
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neuro-technology trajectories
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation for complex organizations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF) or equivalent program completion
