Responsibilities

- Design innovation frameworks that balance market opportunities with ethical implications
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings and stakeholder workshops on emerging paradigm shifts
- Establish cross-functional future councils to ensure organizational alignment
- Produce annual '2026 Readiness Index' reports with strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, cross-impact analysis)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong data visualization and narrative communication skills
- Certification in futures research or strategic foresight preferred
