Responsibilities
- Develop and publish quarterly trend reports analyzing technological, economic, and social megatrends impacting 2026
- Design scenario-planning frameworks to prepare the organization for disruptive futures
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development and strategy
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies
- Present findings to executive leadership and board members with compelling data visualization
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with potential to redefine markets by 2026
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of accurately forecasting technological and market shifts
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience facilitating C-level strategy sessions and stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership on future trends or disruption analysis
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend-mapping tools and scenario modeling
