Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends, technological advancements, and socioeconomic indicators to forecast developments through 2026
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps that align organizational goals with future market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive innovations and their potential impact
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board members with compelling visualizations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize emerging technologies for investment and integration
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term business strategy

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful long-term strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning publications
