Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into annual strategic planning cycles
- Design and execute thought leadership initiatives to establish industry dominance in emerging domains
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Create compelling visualizations and narratives to communicate future implications across organizational levels
- Quantify future opportunities and risks through data modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
