Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market positioning and product innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready initiatives
- Produce forward-looking reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight into technology roadmaps
- Monitor horizon scanning metrics and update strategic priorities quarterly
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or MFIA) preferred
