Responsibilities
- Analyze quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech convergence for 2026-2030 market impact
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for AI regulation and human-AI symbiosis
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on exponential tech adoption
- Author proprietary trend reports used by global policymakers and investors
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neurotech
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers using Horizon's proprietary foresight methodology
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Complexity Science, or equivalent with 5+ years applied foresight experience
- Published work in Nature Futures or peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of influencing enterprise strategy through trend analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent foresight methodology
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future scenarios implemented by major organizations
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
