- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry influence
- Partner with R&D to prioritize breakthrough technologies for commercialization

- Advise executive team on strategic pivots based on horizon-scanning insights
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in emerging technology adoption cycles and market evolution
- Proven track record of translating foresight into corporate strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong communication skills for executive-level influence and stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
