Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients with $50M+ innovation budgets
- Facilitate executive workshops using design thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with predictive analytics and market disruption models
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, UX researchers, and industry experts
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI platforms
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy journals
- Experience leading high-stakes client engagements with $10M+ budgets
- Strong network with innovation labs and research institutions globally
