Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation investments with 2026 market projections
- Develop proprietary trend forecasting models integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neuro-interfaces
- Present future scenarios at global forums including Davos and Web Summit
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts
- Author quarterly 'Future Briefs' read by 10K+ industry leaders
- Drive partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of C-level stakeholder influence with Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in at least three exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier-1 publication
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Proficiency in trend mapping tools (e.g., Palantir, Gartner, Scenariio)
- Experience advising on ethical frameworks for disruptive technologies
- Portfolio of implemented future strategies generating >$100M ROI
