- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping future market opportunities and competitive threats
- Architect long-term innovation frameworks aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board with compelling data visualizations
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Mentor teams in foresight methodologies including horizon scanning and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning frameworks and trend analysis tools
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Strategic Management, Economics, or related field
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM, CFS)
