Responsibilities

- Produce trend reports and predictive models for board-level decision support
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for tracking horizon-scanning effectiveness
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
