- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and whitepapers for Fortune 500 partners
- Curate immersive futurist workshops and thought leadership summits
- Advose on emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum computing, bioengineering)
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future-oriented R&D
- Proven track record of publishing disruptive trend analyses or scenario forecasts
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems modeling, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-shaping projects
