Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to forecast 2026 market shifts and competitive landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans and 5-year roadmaps for product innovation and market entry
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into quarterly business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Present findings to executive leadership and investors through compelling data visualizations
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of future-facing technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused strategic initiatives delivered to market
- Global mindset with experience across diverse cultural and regulatory environments
