Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-ready principles into corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for 5+ year strategic initiatives
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership positioning our company as a future-shaper
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future concepts into actionable business roadmaps with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with C-suite influence
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business strategies that delivered ROI
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in future studies or technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant STEM field
- Experience with Delphi method, cross-impact analysis, or other futures research methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three major future-shaping initiatives implemented
