Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, societal, and economic trends to forecast 2026+ market shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and business transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision execution
- Research and publish thought leadership on disruptive technologies and their societal impact
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems for competitive advantage opportunities
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) or equivalent
