- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future scenarios and opportunities
- Produce actionable reports and roadmaps for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into development cycles
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or tech innovation roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex visions
- Certification in foresight or strategic planning (e.g., APF, CSSP)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
