As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll analyze emerging trends across AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies to position FutureWorks as an industry leader. You'll collaborate with global research partners and lead cross-functional initiatives that will define our trajectory toward 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to identify and integrate emerging innovations into product pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future industry shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for emerging tech sectors through data modeling
- Advise on ethical implications of advanced technologies and responsible innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in analyzing exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex technical concepts
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in Python/R and visualization tools
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous strategic transitions
- Deep understanding of global sustainability and ESG frameworks
