Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework for global markets
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) and their commercial implications
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives and venture partners
- Author quarterly disruption reports for Fortune 500 clients and internal stakeholders
- Design and prototype next-gen business models in our Innovation Lab
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech summits
- Mentor a team of 3-5 futurist analysts and researchers
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Innovation Management
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
