Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, bio-economy) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-proof initiatives
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify emerging technologies requiring strategic investment or divestment
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable products and services
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ scenario development projects
