Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology/society impact framework using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and validate emerging opportunities and threats
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for the executive board on disruptive forces affecting our industry
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and business initiatives
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing successful long-term strategic initiatives
- Expertise in predictive analytics, trend mapping, and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
- Experience working in high-growth tech or consulting environments
