Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to generate and prioritize breakthrough concepts
- Partner with product teams to translate future insights into tangible product roadmaps
- Build and manage a network of external futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive adoption of innovation methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful commercial outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive workshops and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks in enterprise environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
