Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Innovation Framework using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Produce quarterly trend reports on technological convergence and societal transformation
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions for enterprise clients
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and track progress against strategic milestones
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy or trend forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
