- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align futuristic initiatives with business goals
- Present foresight frameworks to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Secure partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience scaling high-growth teams in tech or innovation sectors
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
