Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology foresight scenarios and strategic roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging domains (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Produce executive-level foresight reports and predictive models for stakeholder decision-making
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with global leadership teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Develop foresight methodologies and frameworks to institutionalize future-thinking
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in futurism, strategic foresight, or technology innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing foresight frameworks in corporate settings
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) strongly preferred
- Experience with scenario modeling and predictive analytics tools
