- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products/services with 3-5 year market impact
- Author quarterly Future Briefings for the board, translating complex signals into strategic priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer next-gen technologies
- Design and implement 'Future Labs' - immersive workshops to cultivate organizational foresight capabilities
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive modeling and scenario stress-testing
- Spearhead the creation of our 2026 Innovation Roadmap with measurable KPIs and milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, MBA, or equivalent experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful translation of foresight into commercial outcomes
- Experience in building and leading high-impact innovation teams
