Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Foresight Reports' with actionable strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with C-suite executives to embed future-oriented thinking into corporate strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors for continuous intelligence gathering
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product development, market expansion, and operational transformation
- Present foresight findings to investors, board members, and key stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related quantitative/qualitative field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executive-ready insights
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable business impact
