- Establish partnerships with academic labs and government innovation initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published work on AI ethics or climate-tech disruption preferred
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Track record leading budgets >$5M for R&D initiatives
- Certification in Systems Thinking or Technology Forecasting
