Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for enterprise-level decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on emerging futures
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Champion exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) in organizational strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
