As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global think tanks to develop actionable frameworks for future-proofing businesses. You'll leverage predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and cultural intelligence to identify breakthrough opportunities and mitigate systemic risks.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into innovation roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership on emerging trends for executive briefings and industry publications
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and strategic pivots
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological indicators to refine predictive accuracy
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis roles
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and predictive analytics tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-suite decision-makers
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks implemented in enterprise environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
