Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps with measurable impact milestones
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future scenarios
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry disruptors and academic partners
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable product development plans
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics, and trend analysis methodologies
