Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized assistance and product knowledge
- Support event setup, execution, and breakdown for weekend festivals and pop-ups
- Maintain organized, visually appealing retail displays and inventory
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with social media content creation for weekend promotions
- Participate in weekly team huddles to align on weekend goals
- Report sales trends and customer feedback to management
Qualifications
- Must be between 14-18 years old with valid work permit (if under 18)
- Enthusiastic attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 4-6 hour shifts
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to various San Diego locations
- Positive references from school/community activities
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
