Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations and ensure store standards are met
- Lead and motivate a team of 5-8 retail associates during peak hours
- Execute inventory management and merchandising strategies
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve escalations
- Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to achieve targets
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and cash management
- Train new staff on product knowledge and company protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check and drug screen required
