Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing freight for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional team to streamline weekend workflow and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate warehouse aisles.
