Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing stock against invoices and purchase orders.
- Organization: Sort, pack, and label products to ensure they are ready for shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on machinery and report any issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other staff members to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Tucson facility.
