Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse area remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Operate packaging machinery and prepare orders for local and regional delivery.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress codes.
- Assist in general facility maintenance and upkeep as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices.
- Strong work ethic and reliability; must be punctual.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (not always required but preferred).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
