Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks and pallets using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock, check for damages, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Picking and Packing: Process customer orders efficiently and accurately to ensure high satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
